Orange Poland to sell 5G smartphone Orange Neva Jet

Mobile operator Orange Poland plans to start sales of the 5G smartphone Orange Neva Jet this year at its shops, reports Telepolis.pl. The Polish market will be the first to welcome the white-label smartphone from Orange.  

The device features a 6.47-inch screen, 20 megapixel front-camera and a main camera with 48 megapixel, 20 megapixel and 8 megapixel modules. The device is powered by a Snapdragon 855 processor and comes with a 4,000 mAh battery. 

The price of the device, which, according to sources, is similar to the ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G, will vary from PLN 3,648 to 3,949, depending on the tariff chosen.

Orange prepares commercial launch of first 5G own-brand smartphone, presents new Neva models

Orange will soon start selling its first 5G-ready own-brand smartphone, called Neva Jet, in Poland and Romania, with more markets to follow. Customers in Poland are already testing the handset in locations where the operator is conducting 5G trials. In this country, however, the Neva Jet will initially be available on existing 3G/4G networks for its commercial launch, expected in the coming weeks.

Digital Care opens own smartphone service centre in Warsaw

Polish company Digital Care, a provider of repair services for mobile devices which cooperates with mobile operators, is opening its own service centre in Warsaw. According to the company, the decision was prompted by the changing demand in the market. The service centre based in the Mokotow neighbourhood in the capital city will have more than 100 staff.
