Orange to issue new hybrid bond, launch tender offer for outstanding hybrid bonds

Orange is preparing to issue a new Euro-denominated hybrid bond that will be admitted to trading on the Euronext Paris market. While the pricing has yet to be announced, the company said that the securities are expected to receive a rating of Baa3/BBB- (Moody's/ S&P) and an equity content of 50 percent.
