Orange to offer Mobile Connect across EMEA by 2015

Orange has announced the Mobile Connect Sim authentication solution that customers to use their mobile phone like a key to easily and securely log on to any digital device over any network. The standard Sim-card based system needs only basic mobile coverage, which makes it beneficial to handset users globally. Orange plans to offer Mobile Connect across its EMEA footprint by 2015. Mobile Connect is a key pillar of the GSMA's Personal Data Initiative and is supported by many operators, content providers and other industry players aiming to establish mobile operators as "the trusted custodians
