Ortel Mobile offers top-up credit option via WhatsApp and chatbot

Thursday 28 January 2021 | 14:43 CET | News
German MVNO Ortel Mobile is offering customers the possibility to top up credit via WhatsApp, or directly via PayPal. Customers can dial the mobile recharge service number 015 777 954 955 on WhatsApp, say "Hello" and communicate with the chatbot. The chatbot automatically suggests a series of amounts in euros to recharge the prepaid card, then sends a link to the user leading to a website, where they can select the payment method and complete the purchase.
