OTE cuts FY cash flow forecast on accelerated capex, weak international ops

OTE reported slightly lower revenues and EBITDA for the third quarter, as strength in its home market Greece was offset by continued weakness in Romania and Albania. The company said it's accelerating capex to launch faster broadband services, leading to lower cash flow for the full year.
