OTE names Georgoutsos, Vassalos as non-executive directors

Greek operator OTE’s board elected Dimitrios Georgoutsos and Vasilis Vassalos as non-executive board members in replacement of the resigned member Vasiliki Kouforizou and Panagiotis Skevofylax. They were elected for the rest of their tenure, namely until the date of the ordinary general shareholders’ meeting for 2021.

Georgoutsos is Professor of Finance and Vassaloss Professor of Informatics, both at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
