Ouya, Xiaomi strike video game partnership deal in China

US video game start-up Ouya has signed a partnership agreement with smartphone producer Xiaomi to expand its games to the Chinese market. Chinese customers will be able to play Ouya games via Xiaomi's new streaming boxes and "smart" TVs, Reuters reports, citing Ouya chief executive Julie Uhrman and an unnamed source at Xiaomi close to the deal.
