Over 40% of UK contactless users say transaction limit too low – study

A survey of contactless payment users in the UK found that 42 percent would like to see the current limit set for transactions increased. Generally capped at GBP 30, the limit could increase to GBP 50 or higher for 38 percent of those in favour, with a further 9 percent supporting payments of GBP 100 or more.
