Over half of US school districts meet FCC bandwidth per student goal

Over half (59%) of US school districts met or exceeded the FCC's 1 Mbps per student bandwidth goal at the end of 2021, up 25 percent from the year before, according to Connected Nation's Connect K-12 Report on School Connectivity. The median bandwidth per student went above 1 Mbps for the first time, to 1.25 Mbps.
