Over two-thirds of US homes have SVOD service - study

Well over two-thirds (69%) of all US households now have a subscription video on-Demand (SVOD) service from Netflix, Amazon Prime, and/or Hulu, up from 52 percent in 2015, according to a report from Leichtman Research. In addition, some 63 percent of households now have more than one SVOD service, up from 38 percent in 2015. In total, 43 percent of US homes currently have more than one SVOD service, more than double the 20 percent rate registered in 2015.
