Polish operator P4, operating under the brand Play, reduces rates for international calls and SMS to the EU countries, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein for individual clients. The reduction follows the EU regulation of December 2018 that imposes a cap on intra-EU call and SMS rates. New rates, including VAT, are PLN 1 per minute of outgoing voice call and PLN 0.31 per SMS. The new rates will be valid from 15 May.
