Pact accuses BBC of 'strong-arm' tactics over iPlayer licensing

UK TV production industry group Pact has accused the BBC of trying to force independent TV production companies into extending availability of their programmes on iPlayer from 30 days to 12 months without paying extra licensing fees worth millions of pounds, reports The Guardian.
