Palo Alto Network completes acquisition of The Crypsis Group, welcomes CEO to Cortex

Palo Alto Networks has completed its acquisition of the The Crypsis Group for USD 265 million, saying the deal will further strengthen its Cortex platform with expert services for incident response and proactive assurance. The Crypsis Group CEO Bret Padres and his team will now all join the Cortex team.
