Thursday 2 June 2016 | 15:47 CET | News
Revenues of mobile telephony operators in Paraguay in 2015 dropped for the second consecutive year, reports Ultima Hora. Tigo, Personal, Claro and Vox had total revenues of PYG 3.79 trillion in 2015, or PYG 95.5 billion less compared with 2014. This represents a loss of USD 16.8 million at current exchange rates. Data supplied by the National Telecommunications Commission (Conatel) reveals that only one operator had positive results last year, with revenues going up from PYG 687.4 billion in 2014 to PYG 708.1 billion in 2015. The regulator's report does not mention the name of the operator.
