Parkmobile gets new CTO

ParkMobile has appointed a new CTO. Matt Ball will be responsible for IT as the company looks to scale and create the next generation of mobility services. The company said it added parking locations in 30 new cities across North America including Tampa (Florida), Berkeley (California), Montgomery County (Maryland) and Tulsa (Oklahoma).
