Paybox customers report service problems

Wednesday 8 January 2014 | 15:26 CET | News
Customers of Austrian mobile payments provider Paybox are reporting continued problems with their service, APA reports. The company attributed their anger to misunderstanding after changes were implemented at start-2014. Company spokesperson Michaela Mayrhofer told APA that the IT migration had been completed and that the service was now fully available to private customers, with a restricted service available for business customers. However, customers continue to complain on Facebook about service problems. Paybox is controlled by A1 Telekom Austria.
