PCKK, OCG, SoftBank create i-Probe JV for improving road maintenance in US

SoftBank teamed up with two other Japanese firms, Pacific Consultants (PCKK) and Oriental Consultants Global (OCG), to create a new joint venture, i-Probe (IPI), to improve road maintenance in the US using connected cars. The largest share of the JV, 51 percent, is owned by PCKK, 25 percent is owned by OCG and 24 percent by SoftBank.
