Pecik is happy with existing 21% stake in Telekom Austria

Telekom Austria investor Ronny Pecik is content with his current stake of around 21 percent in the company, Reuters reports. Speaking before the company's AGM, Pecik played down media reports that he was looking to build up his shareholding. Pecik is seeking a seat on Telekom Austria's extend supervisory board. He said that he would not push for a change in the group's top management and would seek to get a better understanding of the situation before demanding that CEO Hannes Ametsreiter and CFO Hans Tschuden are replaced.
