Penta Infra buys Friesland data centre

Amsterdam-based Penta Infra has acquired DataCenter Fryslan for an undisclosed amount. The takeover of the data centre in the north of the Netherlands was announced on LinkedIn by Else Maria Van Der Meulen, director DataDiensten Fryslan. DataCenter Fryslan and DataDiensten Fryslan were started together 12 years ago, but Van der Meulen has decided to focus on the services businesses. The companies will be separated while still working together in the north of the country.
