Periscope stops working in UAE

Periscope, the mobile streaming service owned by Twitter, has stopped working in the UAE, Twitter has confirmed to The National newspaper. Periscope is currently trying to resolve the issue, said the newspaper. Twitter said it is was aware of access issues in the UAE, but has not divulged details of whether it was banned by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA).
