Peru, Dominican Republic regulators sign MoU

Peruvian telecommunications regulator Osiptel and its Dominican Republic equivalent Indotel have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen relations and exchange technical and institutional cooperation, Under the terms of the agreement, the watchdogs pledged to work together in the implementation of programmes and policies that enforce national and international standards in regulation. They will also provide mutual assistance in training and promote exchange activities in issues including the protection of user rights and service quality.
