Peru regulates leasing of underused spectrum to third parties

Peru's transport and communications ministry (MTC) has published a supreme decree with new regulations on the leasing of underused spectrum to third parties with a view to boosting efficient spectrum use, competition, coverage and service quality, above all in underserved or socially vulnerable parts of the country.
