Pharol rejects Elliott's alternative plan for Oi

Pharol SGPS, the largest shareholder of Brazilian operator Oi, said it would not support any alternative reorganization plan for the company undergoing judicial reorganization, including a proposal made by investment group Elliott Management. In a statement to Reuters, Pharol said it will only support Oi's proposed reorganization approved by the operator's board.
