Pharol shareholders approve capital increase

The shareholders of Portuguese company Pharol approved at their extraordinary general meeting the increase of the company's capital of EUR 26.9 million and up to EUR 55.5 million. The intention is to inject the money into Brazilian operator Oi to avoid further dilution of the shareholding. At the same meeting, Pharol shareholders elected Maria Leonor Martins Ribeiro Modesto to carry out functions in the administration of the company.
