Pharol, Societe Mondiale end dispute over Oi - report

Pharol and Societe Mondiale have reached an agreement to terminate their disputes over the future of Brazilian operator Oi, sources with knowledge of the matter told Reuters. Under the terms of the agreement formalized by the two parties in Rio de Janeiro, Pharol will support the proposal of Societe Mondiale to appoint Helio Costa and Demian Fiocca to Oi's Board of Directors. Both Pharol and Societe Mondiale have not commented on the news.
