Panasonic has introduced the plain-paper UF-745 and the thermal UF-V60 fax machines. The UF-745 offers 400dpi resolution and Panasonic's Super Smoothing technology. It can scan a page in six sec and transmit in 10 sec. It incorporates an ozone-free laser engine. The UF-V60 is a thermal printing model which also incorporates an in-built digital answering machine. It can store document and voice messages at the same time.
