Plusnet users are most satisfied broadband customers - Ofcom research

The majority (85%) of UK broadband customers are satisfied with their overall service, 83 percent are satisfied with the reliability of their service, and 82 percent are satisfied with the speed of their broadband service, according to the latest annual customer service report from Ofcom.
