Poland regulator looks to simplify changes in wholesale offers

Poland's telecommunications regulator UKE plans to modify the procedure for clearance of wholesale offers from operators running networks deployed under call 1.1 of the state broadband programme Digital Poland (POPC). The watchdog expects that the changes will enable operators to accelerate the introduction of modifications to their wholesale offers, such as new services, technology upgrades and other non-pricing changes.
