Polish ministry signs agreement with Facebook on contact point for blocked accounts

Poland will be the first country where Facebook users will have a civic point of appeal in cases where the social network refuses their requests to unblock content. This follows an agreement signed by the Ministry of Digitisation with representatives of Facebook. Under this, a contact point will be established in the near future to serve Polish Facebook users whose content, accounts or profiles have been removed or blocked, enabling them to submit requests for additional checks of the blocking.
