Operators Orange Poland, T-Mobile Poland and P4, which trades under the Play brand, have started negotiations with Samsung Networks on transmitter network deployment, reports Rp.pl. At the initial stage, they are discussing the LTE network.

Samsung Networks has a small market share of the European infrastructure market and it is not present in that sector in Poland, despite the fact that it is one of five major global suppliers of network infrastructure.

The US and Poland believe suppliers of 5G network equipment should be rigorously evaluated for foreign government control, a joint declaration signed last September said, as Washington pressures allies to exclude China from 5G networks.
