Polish residential fixed broadband penetration reaches 60% in mid-2018

Sixty percent of households in Poland were using fixed broadband services in mid-2018, according to the DESI study from the European Commission. Twenty percent used mobile internet only, compared with 9.5 percent across the EU. Mobile internet penetration was 163 percent in Poland, the highest rate in the EU, where the average was 96 percent.
