Polish Senate adopts amendment on exemption from frequency fees

The Polish Senate has adopted an amendment to the Act on Telecommunications. Under its provisions, fees for frequency usage will not apply in cases where research, tests or experiments are conducted on the frequencies, in association with the implementation of new technologies.
