Polish zero rating services may be cancelled

Polish regulator UKE continues to work on guidelines on the EU's regulation on the open internet. According to the daily DGP, the provision of zero rating services, developing recently in Poland, may stop as a result on the ongoing discussions on compliance with the EU law.
