Polsat Group announces acquisitions in energy sector

Cyfrowy Polsat announced that the company entered into a preliminary agreement to acquire 67 percent of PAK-Polska Czysta Energia based in Konin (PAK-PCE) from the company ZE-PAK. It also agreed to buy 66.94 percent of shares in the Warsaw-based company Port Praski from the company Embud and 32 percent of Cyprus-based Pantanomo Limited from Tobe Investments Group. The acquisitions are related to the Polsat Group's new strategy of expanding in the renewable energy field.
