Portugal mobile data traffic up 36% in H1

The number of effective mobile internet users in Portugal reached 7.8 million at the end of the first half of 2019, an increase of 8.6 percent year-on-year and corresponding to a 75.9 percent penetration rate. According to data presented by the National Communications Authority (Anacom), internet access on mobile phones increased by 9.8 percent year-on-year, to 7.27 million.
