Portuguese consumer organisation sues Apple for making iPhones obsolete

Portuguese consumer organization Deco Proteste announced that it has moved forward with a lawsuit against Apple, accusing it of "deceptive practices for having manipulated the iPhones 6, 6 Plus, 6S and 6S Plus to become obsolete".
