Portuguese regulator approves Cellnex takeover of Meo passive infrastructure

The Portuguese National Communications Authority (Anacom) has given its approval to the acquisition by Cellnex Portugal of a number of Meo's passive infrastructure assets from Altice Portugal. The green light was issued after a request was referred to it by Portugal's Competition Authority (AdC).
