Primus expands residential VoIP footprint

Primus Telecommunications has expanded its residential VoIP footprint across Canada, increasing its national coverage to 85 percent of Canadian households. This service expansion includes small and mid-sized urban centres in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Primus was the first telecom company to launch VoIP in Canada in 2004, a technology that is now widely accepted by businesses and consumers.
