Prisa to sell Digital+ to Telefonica, Mediaset - report

Spanish media group Prisa is finalising three-way negotiations to sell off its satellite pay-TV platform Digital+ to Telefonica and Mediaset, an operation it is looking to complete by year-end. Prisa, which currently owns 56 percent of Digital+, has narrowed the potential buyers to Spanish operator Telefonica and Italian broadcaster Mediaset, El Economista reports, citing unnamed industry sources.
