Private equity firm Ergon Capital in talks to buy France's Telenco

Telenco, based in Moirans near Grenoble, was founded in 1999 and produces and distributes passive telecom equipment, as well as equipment used by technicians to roll out fibre networks. The company has annual revenues of about EUR 120 million and sells to over 50 countries worldwide.
