ProSieben shuts down MyVideo streaming video portal

German media group ProSiebenSat.1 has shut down the MyVideo streaming video portal to focus on its Maxdome video-on-demand (VoD) service, reports Broadband TV News. A company spokesperson said that MyVideo would not be continued without the store business, adding that ProSieben was reserving the brand for further digital activities.
