ProSiebenSat1Puls4 reaches partial victory in dispute with YouTube

ProSiebenSat1Puls4 has reached a partial victory in its lawsuit against YouTube, reported derStandard.de. The Commercial Court in Vienna decided that according to the competition law (advertising), Youtube now carries a certain responsibility for its content under copyright. The decision is not final and both sides can appeal against it within four weeks.
