Proximus CEO called in to present restructuring plans to govt

The Proximus board of directors discussed the future of the company and the restructuring plans on 8 December. Officially, the company has only said that the board discussed how costs could be further optimised and efficiency improved to match increasingly difficult market conditions. "In all cases, Proximus will always respect and give priority to social dialogue," Leroy said internally, according to newspaper De Tijd.
