Proximus data offer faces net neutrality challenge

Belgian Minister for Digital Agenda Alexander De Croo has asked Belgian regulator BIPT to make sure the new Proximus subscriptions comply with net neutrality rules. With its new Tuttimus for consumers and Bizz All-in for business users deals, Proximus said that the use of certain applications will not be included in the monthly data limit. De Croo wants the regulator to ensure this is legal.
