Proximus looks to renew CEO Leroy's contract for another term

Shareholders of Belgian operator Proximus will vote at the annual meeting in April on extending CEO Dominique Leroy's term on the board until 2023. While her term as CEO officially expires early next year, chairman Stefaan De Clearck said the group wants to extend her contract, De Tijd reports.
