Proximus merges Tango and Telindus into Proximus Luxembourg

Belgian operator Proximus announced that the merger of its Tango and Telindus subsidiaries in Luxembourg will be effective on 01 January 2019, bringing to an end a corporate plan first unveiled in 2016. As anticipated, the merged entity is named Proximus Luxembourg and will be led by CEO Gerard Hoffmann, who has been at the head of Telindus since 2002. The brands Tango for the consumer market and Telindus for the B2B market will continue to operate as normal.
