Proximus opens 4G access to all customers

Belgacom's mobile unit Proximus announced that its making 4G services available to all customers, at no extra cost. Access was previously limited to certain customers on more expensive contracts. For the first six months, all customers will have access to the top speeds on the LTE network. After that, speeds will be capped at 20 Mbps, except for customers with a subscription at EUR 45 per month or more, who can access up to 86 Mbps. Access to the 4G network will be activated automatically for all customers in the next two weeks.
