Proximus to merge Tango, Telindus into Proximus Luxembourg

Belgian operator Proximus has announced plans to merge its business and consumer subsidiaries,  Telindus Luxembourg and Tango, into a new company called Proximus Luxembourg headed by Gerard Hoffmann, CEO, and Jean-François Willame, Co-CEO and Integration Officer. Operations will be divided into an Enterprise business unit led by Hoffmann and using the Telindus brand and a Consumer business unit led by Willame under the Tango brand.
