PTS says wireless networks could cut cost of expanding broadband but not everywhere

Swedish communications regulator PTS said using wireless technology could lower the costs of broadband expansion, but local conditions would decide which method were the most cost-effective. So says PTS in a follow-up report concerning the government's broadband strategy.
