QSC buys 25% stake in aiXbrain, secures rights to acquire majority

German service provider QSC has announced the acquisition of a 25.1 percent stake in aiXbrain, a specialist in artificial intelligence (AI) for the manufacturing industry, for an undisclosed sum. QSC also secured the rights to acquire a majority stake.
